Hawksbill Summit Raven

Elevation of 4,050 feet , the summit of Hawksbill Mountain is the highest point in Shenandoah National Park.

 

auto stitch was able to pano my go pro photographs, I hadn’t used this in years. My third time to Hawksbill Summit and first time seeing Old Rag mountain because of clouds.

We entered the south entrance station at Rockfish Gap and exited Thornton Gap. This was Sawmill Run Overlook one of the few overlooks we stopped at on the way to Hawksbill.
